Preparation of the medium

Dissolve the contents of the bag in 1liter sterile destilled water at 30 to 40℃.The culture medium can be stored up to 2 days at 5℃  prior to use. Sealed bags should be stored at 5 to 10℃ in a dark and dry enviroment

Application

Dilute freshly collected boar semen at a ratio of minimum 1:3 to maximum 1:10 ,according to volume and concentration of the ejaculate and prepare insemination doses of 85 to 100ml.The temperature of the culture medium must be adjusted to semen temperature. Recommended storage and shipping temperature of diluted semen :16 to 18℃

  应用：
